　　黄先生于1999年11月从新加坡来上海，在新加坡，他曾经从事了5年的汽车与海事工程，此后加入美国友邦寿险有限公司（A.I.A），拥有长达18年的寿险从业经验。曾获5次百万美元俱乐部（Million Dollar Club）会员奖励；全公司个人意外险业绩亚军，A.I.A特别奖，个人意外险的金牌与绿色外套奖（1997）。
　　黄先生拥有新加坡警查总监颁发的优秀工作奖及优秀团队合作奖和优秀服务奖状。
　　黄先生曾为新加坡雷诺汽车公司做过销售培训，并使汽车的月销售量从每月7辆迅速增长到40多辆。而且他还担任过新加坡大众汽车的销售经理。
　　黄先生具有10年以上的培训经验而且曾师从以下众多名师：Robert Kiyosaki (《穷爸爸，富爸爸》的作者)、Blair Singer、Jay Abraham(《Mastermind Marketing》的作者)，Mel Gill 博士的纽约Master培训学院（Master Training Institute of New York）的培训“培训师”的课程及“贯通使用脑部神经学----语言学”的课程。
　　受澳门莲花卫视的邀请，黄先生于2004年1月初作为特级培训师和商务培训节目主持人为贵宾客户提供了为期一天的“销售与自我激发”方面的专业培训。此项活动已经录制成18张半个小时的VCD光盘已在中国上海、香港、澳门、新加坡等地区播放
　　Based in Shanghai since November 1999, Samuel had been awarded the Singapore Commissioner of Police Testimonial for Excellent Team-work, Devotion to Duty and High Standard Performance in the Volunteer Special Constabulary and also the Singapore Police Good Service Medal.
　　On January 2004, Samuel was invited by Macau Lotus Satellite TV to record 3 different training programs which were broadcast over China, Hong Kong and Macau.
After spending 5 years in the Automotive and Marine Engineering trade, Samuel went into the Insurance Industry in Singapore for 18 years with American International Assurance Company Ltd. (AIA).
　　At AIA, he won multiple awards. Among these were:
　　Five times Million Dollar Club member,
　　First Runner-up in Personal Lines Company-wide,
　　AIA First Award,
　　Personal Lines Plaque, Personal Lines Gold Plaque and Personal Lines Green Jacket (1997).
　　Besides being an award -winning representative of AIA, Samuel was involved in training for the past 10 years. He was a student of Robert Kiyosaki, Blair Singer, Jay Abraham (Mastermind Marketing) and Dr. Mel Gill from Master Training Institute of New York (USA) --- Train-the-Trainer’s program and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
