   法国蒙彼利埃大学2018级EDBA《战略管理理论》课程预告,课程详情上海在职研究生公开课老师为大家介绍如下

  课程目标

  这门基本原理课程主要是介绍战略管理领域的主要流派的战略管理思想,为学员们打下坚实的理论基础。除此之外,EDBA学生还会接触到战略管理研究中的认识论,理论和方法论。学员们必须知道每个战略决策工具后,都有多个基本理论框架的支撑。

  学员必须了解这些理论,并学会应用这些理论。学员们也必须意识到不同的理论框架有可能是相互补充或者相互排斥的关系。学员们也必须认识到战略管理领域与其他科学之间有矛盾。这些矛盾也有可能是颠覆性的。

  课程目标

  课程主要有三个主题分别阐述战略的3种不同视角:理性,结构和行为。
