  为了让老师们更深入理解PBL教学的精髓,熟练运用PBL教学理论开展日常课堂训练,上海诺美学校会定期开办PD Day,提供专业优质的PBL教学模式学习及实践。

  In order to enable teachers to have a deeper understanding of the essence of PBL teaching and to skillfully use PBL teaching theory to carry out daily classroom training, the school will regularly launch PD Day to provide professional and high-quality PBL teaching mode learning and practice.

  本周,我们邀请到 “三有项目式学习”的创始人周华杰老师以及Vision Connect联合创始人Andrew Todd&何戎先生,围绕课堂文化建设,中外教文化差异展开了一场精彩绝伦的教师培训课。

  This week, we have invited Mr. Zhou huajie, founder of "three have project learning", and Mr. Andrew Todd& Mr. He rong, co-founder of Vision Connect, to launch a wonderful teacher training course focusing on classroom culture construction and cultural differences between Chinese and foreign teachers.

  In the training class, Mr. Zhou huajie, through a series of interactions, questions and thinking, let teachers step by step to deepen the connotation of PBL teaching.

  对于老师们如何利用课堂开展高效有用的PBL项目,美国著名PBL研究机构PBLWorks的学术指导专家Suzie Boss在《如何重塑课堂,促进学生的深度学习》的主题演讲中提出四点内容,帮助老师们上手项目式学习的方法。

  As for how teachers can use the classroom to carry out effective and useful PBL projects, Suzie Boss, an academic advisor from PBLWorks, a famous PBL research institution in the United States, proposed four points in her keynote speech "how to reshape the classroom to promote students' deep learning", to help teachers get started with project-based learning.

  ① 避免甜点式项目,用一个项目串起整个学习目标,通过可视化的形式来表现他们学习到的知识。

  ② 聚焦在有意义的学习目标上,通过活动、调研,在实际操作中运用知识,并反思是否帮助学生去理解和运用了这些知识。

  ③ 鼓励学生自主学习,将传统教学转换到项目式学习,将教学中心从老师转化为学生。

  ④ 关注学科内容和学生成功素养,和行业领域专家交流时,学生并不具备相关专业或领域素养。

  ① Avoid dessert items, with a project to string the whole learning objectives, through the visual form to show what they learn.

  ② Focus on meaningful learning objectives, through activities, research, in the practical use of knowledge, and reflect on whether to help students to understand and use the knowledge.

  ③ Encourage students to study independently, the traditional teaching to project learning, the teaching center from teachers to students.

  ④ Pay attention to the content of the subject and the success of students, and the exchange of industry experts, students do not have the relevant professional or field quality.

  为了让老师们更清晰的理解PBL的教学方式,课堂上,周华杰老师带领大家一起完成了一项项目式教学计划。

  In order to make teachers understand the teaching method of PBL more clearly, Mr. Zhou huajie led them to complete a project-based teaching plan in class.

  “用2分钟时间,列出最多5个形容词和名次结合的短语形容自己,打动别人,帮你解冻!”

  "In two minutes, make a list of up to five adjectives and phrases to describe yourself, impress others and help you defrost!"

  老师们纷纷开始动笔,交流,写下自己心中的答案,2分钟后,以小组为单位上台展示自己的内容。

  The teachers began to write, communicate, write down the answers in their hearts, 2 minutes later, as a group to show their content on the stage.

  从这些字条中,我们可以看出每个人对自我的认知,以及想要向外界表达的诉求,展现了每个人的核心价值观和信念,这对于建立积极的课堂文化至关重要。

  From these notes, we can see each person's self-knowledge and desire to express to the outside world, showing the core values and beliefs of each person, which are crucial to building a positive classroom culture.

  除此之外,周华杰老师还分享了许多有趣生动的课堂互动以及新颖的教学方针,从中我们感受到PBL在教育领域的重要影响,也将是未来教育的影响趋势。其所能带给孩子的自主性思考、批判性思维、跨学科合作等能力,也将是未来社会竞争以及职业发展的核心部分。

  In addition, Mr. Zhou also Shared many interesting and vivid classroom interactions and novel teaching policies, from which we felt the important influence of PBL in the field of education and the trend of future education. The ability of independent thinking, critical thinking and interdisciplinary cooperation that it can bring to children will also be a core part of future social competition and career development.

  通过本次专题性的课堂训练,我们的老师将在已经掌握的PBL教学模式基础上,从专业角度,更加深入密切地开展教学任务,把最先进的国际教育理念带进课堂,帮助学生个性化发展需求,培养学生的国际视野及自主思考能力。
